UNICEF Child Rights Award Goes to the Iranian Film “Silence”

“Silence” directed by Mehrdad Hassani, gets a silver trophy and a certificate of UNICEF Child Rights Award from the 8th International Children’s Film Festival in Montessori, India.
ICFF has established in 2007 with the aim of improving educational, motivational and entertaining films. They have been trying to make an opportunity for children to watch the films FREE OF COST at various prestigious cinema houses including multiplexes.

Mahtab Keramati, Iranian Actress & the UNICEF goodwill ambassador gave the trophy and certificate of this festival, to Mehrdad Hasani, during an event in the office of UNICEF in Tehran.
“Silence”, Produced by IYCS’s office in Rafsanjan is a story about an Afghan paralyzed boy who is job is buying things for his village’s people.
