37th Tehran International Short Film Festival announces winners

 

The 37th Tehran International Short Film Festival (TISFF) announced winners at national and international categories.

Several top cinematic officials, including Hossein Entezami, the Director of the Cinema Organization of Iran, director of the festival Seyyed Sadeq Mousavi, etc. were also attending the closing ceremony of the 37th TISFF was held in Iran Mall Exhibition in west of Tehran on Jan 21, 2021.
International category:
– Grand Prize and 2000$ cash prize: Reza Fahimi for “White Clad” from Iran
– Best short Fiction and 1000$ cash prize: Anthony Nti for “Da Yie” from Belgium/Ghana
– Best short animation and 1000$ cash prize: Marc Riba and Anna Solanas for “Candela” from Spain
– Best Documentary short and 1000$ cash prize: Jamshid Farajvand Dana for “Kaak Iraj” from Iran

The 37th Tehran international short film festival was held both online and both physical due to pandemic situation in Tehran between Jan 20th to 25th.
