Sanzhar Bekzhanov was born in Almaty, Kazakhstan. During his childhood he got an experience acting in Kazakh film “Troopers”. He studied in faculty Cinematography and Film/ Video Production in New York Film Academy, Los Angeles. In 2015 he graduated Bachelors Degree of Fine Arts in filmmaking. He is very interested in philosophy and psychology, and you can always see that in his films. He did a commercial for the world watch company and shot 4 short films.
